PVB FOR AUTOMOTIVE GLASS

PVB film is a semi-transparent foil, which has an excellent adhesion to inorganic glass, with characteristics of transparency, heat and cold resistance, high mechanical strength, etc. It is a good adhesive material for manufacturing laminated glass. PVB film can absorb impact energy and does not produce broken pieces, so it is mainly used for the interlayer of architectural and car laminated glass. 

Automotive applications of PVB includes windshields, side and rear windows, sunroof of car, bus, train, metro and airplane. These applications ensure that PVB contributes to the overall safety, security, and structural performance of automotive glass in various parts of a vehicle.
