5.Sustainable Supply Chain
Through analyzing the full value chain, from manufacturing to the use of products by the customers, we try to identify possible risks and improvements along this process.
First of all, we strive to engage our suppliers to not only provide products of high quality but also to assume their own social responsibility in terms of respect for the law, labor rights, EHS, business ethics and sustainable supply chain, which is one of key criteria for Quantum’s suppliers’ selection and contracting.
Quantum then ensures that our logistic is the most optimized and green. The logistic flow has to be deployed systematically to ensure the shortest distance, lowest emission, minimum handling and warehousing, minimum damage risks to the goods and minimizing wastes, thus leading to the lowest logistic cost and protection of our environment, while providing a high service level to our customers worldwide.
We ensure that the products as well as the packaging materials delivered to our customers are recyclable and/or reusable, without any negative impact to the environment.
In the end, our products are used to manufacture the finished goods by our customers, which offer not only interesting functions but can also lead to human safety and health protection (like PVB/EVA/PDLC films) and energy saving (solar PV module for agriculture greenhouse).
